There were a lot of great beauty products this year. These are all of my favorite makeup products of 2016, some of them I tried for the first time and fell in love,and some made back to the favorites list from last year.
FAVORITE PRIMER
BECCA EVER-MATTE PORELESS PRIMING PERFECTOR
This primer is a game changer! I simply pat it on and let it dry for several minutes.My makeup went on super smooth over this and it really helped keep me super matte throughout the time until I wash it off. Pairing this with the Becca ultimate coverage crème is a sure bet for a matte face. Also that when used alone the mattifier did conceal the look of my pores. My skin looked smoother and poreless. This primer may also be used over makeup as a blotting liquid.

I absolutely love this foundation! With this product, I was able to get about 6 hours of wear without getting oily.A little goes a long way. I HIGHLY recommend this to those with oily or acne-prone skin because this gives the craziest coverage! This can easily cover up hyper-pigmentation without looking mask-like,but you need to really blend well. If you are in need of a new foundation and want something to keep you matte, go out and get this product!

This cream is specifically made for oily skin.This amazing skin diffuser contains Airlicium, a compound that absorbs 150 times its weight in oil, which enables you to have a shine-free complexion that lasts all day long.
It gives a beautiful lightweight matte finish, that really does have a blurring effect on pores and imperfections. It gave a very flawless yet natural finish with light to medium coverage.It evens out your skin tone in one layer and wears great throughout the day, all without feeling and looking too heavy. Extra super bonus points for the SPF 20 in it.

Why I love it? Brightening
I love the Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder! I know it's expensive, but legit it's the best translucent powder I've ever used! It's very finely mild and silky! It also has that vanilla/light yellow tint to it, which I really like, because it brightens everything! It leaves a flawless finish and it doesn't cause flashback! It also doesn't make the skin look dry or leave any dry patches.This has been the most favorite product for baking the face technique.
I decided to the Cheek Pop blushes from Clinique after hearing nothing but great things about them. My favorite is Peach Pop,its a beautiful coral blush,looks so natural and blends so wonderfully into the skin. It is not shimmery but it gives a glow. i love it because i feel that it gives my skin a healthy flush BUT it does not emphasize my pores as some other shimmery blushes do. also, And wear time is great even over my oily skin. i think its worth the money. My other favs are Rosy Pop,and Heather Pop.

The Perfect Tan Bronzer in O!Mega Bronze. This bronzer warms the skin without being too orange or too heavy. It adds a nice sun-kissed glow. This is a super finely milled powder that blends seamlessly into the skin. It is a gorgeous deep brown with a slight orange undertone that adds warmth to the face. It is a great lighter toned bronzer that is perfect for those with a fair complexion. Yet, this can be used on olive and tan skin tones as well. It can easily be built up to a more intense bronze shade for those who have a tanner skin tone.compacts contain a ton of product and are well worth the money.

White Charcoal is absolutely the best setting spray for anyone that lives in humid / warm climates or anyone that battles with oily skin. I have oily skin and by the end of the day it shows but not with this spray. This keeps my makeup looking fresh and matte all day long. . It must be shaken very VERY well in order to work properly. The charcoal naturally settles to the bottom.It really minimizes pores/ mattifys but keeps make up fresh and hydrated at the same time.I definitely recommend this for anyone wanting a long lasting matte look

If you follow me,you know how much I love my Anastasia Beverly Hills Dip Brow. But to keep the eyebrow game on fleek I found yet another amazing product this year. The quality of this eyeliner is awesome.The formula is opaque with one swipe, so there's no need to keep tracing over the same line to get a dark line. this one worked liked a dream, even allowing me to tight-line. Creating a thicker cat-eye was as easy as drawing an outline and then coloring it in -A fabulous thing about this liner is that it dries quickly, which is great as nobody likes having to sit there fanning your eyes while you wait for your eyeliner to dry! Once on, it lasted all day without fading or smudging.The flexible , ergonomically designed, calligraphy pen tip perfectly renders the lightest stroke, producing intense, super-matte and quick drying black lines on the skin with flawless wear and hold.

MAKEUP FOREVER AQUA XL EYE PENCIL
These are extremely long lasting, creamy eye pencils that are available in 20 shades. From gorgeous pastels to neutrals to bold colors, there is something for everyone in this range. There are also a total of 5 finishes which include matte, iridescent, diamond, satin and metallic. My absolute favorite finish would have to be the matte (no surprises there!).These pencils are AMAZING.The colors are extremely vibrant and pigmented, but also smooth and creamy and apply like a dream.In addition to all that, these pencils are budge proof, smudge proof and water resistant too!The formula does allow a small window of time to smudge out the color after first application if you desire. But once its fully set it wont move impressive!

I find this mascara fantastic. The long-lasting formula lifts the eyelashes effectively and separates them precisely f This mascara lengthens and volumizes. It gives me the longest, most bold lashes that I have ever had and I don't have much lashes to work with! The formula is not irritating. This was a big hit for me in terms of lengthening and keeping your lashes curled (as in absolutely vertical) all day. Does a great job at separating lashes and adding length without clumping. Brush is super easy to work with and there’s absolutely no fuss in coating every lash. No smudging and not bad to remove either. it’s absolutely worth the money.

URBAN DECAY PRIMER POTION - Eden
My most favorite eye primer for years. It's smooth and easy to apply, and it sets quickly. Eden is a opaque yellowish beige, which makes a nice base color.The color helps to even out the slight discolorations. This one intensifies eye shadow maintains a smooth, non-sticky surface, so that application of eye shadow is easy. no creasing, no fading,Love it.You can also get Primer Potion in other shades.

I own all eyeshadow palettes from Anastasia Beverly Hills,and this one is my favorite for this year. I like this palette. the shade range is amazing, the overall blend ability ,They blend wonderfully, they apply without any need to go back over them to intensify the colour..So intensely soft, so intensely pigmented and beautiful to work with.
The first row includes some of the more neutral shades, for highlighting and putting all over the lid, wheres the bottom row includes the warm toned reds and burgundy tones that I've been waiting for. They are all so intense, there is not a single meh in the palette.I also appreciate the brush that it’s totally functional.

ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS LIQUID LIPSTICKS
This applies as a more thin liquid.I absolutely LOVE the formula. They are not at all drying on the lips, the shade range is versatile. I still feel like the Kat Von D ones last longer throughout the day, but my lips don't feel at all dry and chapped like they sometimes do with the Kat Von D ones,so both are my fav.it depends on my priority when wearing comfort or weartime. It is incredibly opaque and you need to be careful with application because it dries down very quickly These are truly long wearing. If you eat a full dinner, you might need a touch up but that isn’t a deal breaker for me.Comfort! Because the formula is so thin it dries so lightweight that you will completely forget you have this on. My favorite shades are American doll,Carina,PureHollywood.

Enter the Dior Addict Lip Glow in Pink. This product feels amazing on the lips – very moisturizing.t makes a huge difference in that it completely brings my lips to life – it adds a slight color as well as a glossy finish. It made my lips look more healthy, plump and moisturized. It makes a subtle difference in that the color is not crazy. It is one of those lip products that reacts to your body’s chemistry and creates a unique color for each person.It also contains SPF 10 which is great for protecting your lips.
