Facial Massage For Radiant,Glowing Skin

A proper facial massage can benefit a lot when it comes to skin radiance, it can also help release tension around the jaw and tightness in the scalp loosens. Circulation increases, firming the facial tissue by stimulating muscles, aiding in lymph flow and allowing for deeper penetration of topical creams and serums. This also doesn't hurt when it comes to attaining a natural glow!
While conventional massages may be a luxury, the good news about facial massage is that they're totally DIY-able (all you need is a good organic oil or oil-based serum). Here's my favorite technique. Give it a try!

When a hair grows sideways into the skin or curls back, it is referred to as an Ingrown Hair. More often than not, the condition affects the area of skin that is frequently shaved or waxed.
The condition is more common in case of areas bearing coarser hair. Individuals with thick and curly hair are more prone to this problem. Ingrown Hair is a medically harmless condition but tends to cause other skin issues such as scarring, skin discoloration, skin infections etc.

Nail polish has undoubtedly become a major accessory, and could be a reasonable act to keep you stylish and trendy. The shade on our fingers and toes is almost as important as the outfit, and it can easily pull together any look, or give your ensemble an extra pop. I’m a fairly simple girl when it comes to nail polish, but here are my favorite colors and tips on incorporating a fresh manicure into your outfit. There are literally thousands of hues, and not to mention designs/styles of painting, which make it so hard to pick just one.

A skin polish is a popular body treatment that exfoliates and hydrates your skin, leaving it smooth and soft. Skin polish is primarily a treatment for the skin -- sort of like a facial for the body. It should not be confused with a massage.

OATMEAL USES FOR BEAUTY

 *

 As-Salam-o-Alykum...GLAM'YEES...

Oatmeal isn't just the yummy healthy breakfast you can enjoy but is also a very powerful food items that can be used in Homemade beauty recipes! You can find Oatmeal as a key ingredient in many body moisturizers, shower gels and much more and one point in similarity is that you would see all as contributing to 'Moisturizing'. Here are 8 ways to spice up your beauty DIY using Oatmeal!
1. Treatment of Acne:
Cooked oatmeal is a great natural remedy for treating acne. For this purpose, boil some oatmeal till it softens and let it cool for 15 minutes. Apply it on the affected area and rinse off after 10 minutes. This will absorb and remove excess oil and bacteria from your skin and exfoliate dead skin cells, thus helping to combat acne.

2. Removes Dryness:
Oats are effective in fighting dull, flaky dryness as it becomes gelatinous in water, thus forming a fine protective film when applied on skin. Besides, this cereal is effective in addressing dry skin symptoms like itchiness, rashes, scales, peeling etc.
To get rid of dryness you can make a facial mask by mixing a smashed banana with a cup of ground oatmeal and adding some lukewarm milk. Stir it properly to make it smooth and apply it all over your face for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off with cold water. This will help in replenishing the skin moisture, thus keeping it soft and hydrated.

3. Skin Moisturizer:
It acts as a natural moisturizer by removing the dead skin cells. It contains beta-glucan that forms a fine film on your skin as well as penetrates deep into the skin to provide much needed deep moisturizing to your skin. Besides, it enhances wound healing and shallow abrasions and improves collagen deposition and activation of immune cells within the skin. You can add a cup of milk, two cups of oats and a tablespoon of honey to moisturize your skin as well as relax your body.*

4. Relieves Itchiness:
Oats have anti-inflammatory properties and are suitable for all skin types. They are clinically effective in healing dry and itchy skin. Oats ground into powder can be mixed with warm water to form a thick paste and applied over itchy skin to get immediate relief form intense itching. An oatmeal bath is also effective in healing a number of skin conditions including dry itchy skin. Thus, oatmeal can be used in curing neurodermatitis, a skin disease characterized by itchy or inflamed skin.

5. Skin Lightening:
Oats are known for their skin lightening effects as well as improving the skin tone and texture and smoothing out blotchy areas. It is increasingly used in cosmetology in various skin care products such as body scrubs, soaps, exfoliation creams and general body lotions of reputed brands.

6. Treatment of Poison Ivy or Chicken Pox:

Oatmeal has been used for thousands of years for treating eczema, poison ivy, insect bites and skin infections due to its anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and anti-itch properties. For relieving the itchiness caused by poison ivy or chicken pox or even sunburn, grind oats or oat flour into a fine powder and pour it into a cheese cloth. Tie it around the bath tub faucet and squeeze out water periodically to have a tepid bath. You can also rub the pouch on the itchy skin.

7. Natural Cleanser:
*
Oats contain natural cleansers that can remove dirt and oil from the pores without causing irritation, thus leaving behind soft and silky skin as well as reducing pore size. Instead of facial scrubs, oatmeal can form part of your skincare regimen as it is effective in getting rid of dead skin cells that build up in the pores.
Oats can be soaked in water to prepare oat milk which is a natural toner and cleanser. You can store this milk in a bottle in your fridge and apply it on your face with a cotton pad after face wash to smoothen and soften your skin.
Oat bran bath is also effective in cleansing your skin and pores. Place ½ cup of oat groans or rolled oats in some cloth and tie it to make a small bag. Place it in your bath tub and press the bag until the oatmeal milk comes out. This can be used on your body or face instead of soap for mild scrubbing.

8.Dry Shampoo
*
Here's to another great beauty use of oatmeal! This product is excellent at reducing the aspect of dirty hair. If you're a gorgeous blond, this might be the perfect solution for removing excess oil. You should brush a light oat powder over your locks. Thus, you'll get to soak up the excess oil and restore your scalp's health. Plus, oatmeal is also thought to be a great remedy for itchy scalp. If this description sounds familiar, you should definitely use this great natural product. You'll be pleased with its great beauty benefits!

9.Odor Remover
Removing odors might seem one of the most surprising uses of oatmeal because not everyone knows about this practice. Some people recommend taking an open container and adding a bit of oatmeal in before placing it in your fridge to neutralize odors. Furthermore, you can also use this product to line ashtrays as it is believed to be able to neutralize the smell of smoke.

10.Modelling Clay
Are you ready to find out about another interesting use of oatmeal? You should know that oatmeal can turn out to be a great nontoxic modeling clay! Don't be afraid to explore your creativity.

I am loving all Sharpie manicures these. I am starting to see them pop up all over pinterest and I can’t get enough. The very best part is that if you mess up you can take it off with rubbing alcohol (before a top coat) so you don’t have to use nail polish remover and completely take off your polish. I have seen a variety of awesome ones using Metallic Sharpies orAssorted Color Sharpies.

LUXURY LOTION BARS RECIPE

c

What is a lotion bar?

It is a soap-hard manifestation of moisturizer ,in easy words its a moisturizer in a solid form, which looks like a soap but works as a moisturizer.
you can make yourself that doesn't go bad and doesn't contain any chemicals and stuff like that.
And lotion bars are super easy to create.
They are super moisturizing as they are all natural, plus there solid form makes them super easy to store and travel with. So, here is how to make it

YOU WILL NEED:

1 part shea butter
1 part Almond Oil
1 part Olive Oil
1 part beeswax
1200 IU vitamin E (1 lg. capsule) per every 6-8 oz. other oils
essential oil/Perfume Oil (optional)
- You can alternate beeswax with cocoa butter

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Melt shea butter and beeswax in a double boiler or small pan in larger pan of water on the low heat setting of the stove. Stir in all the oils and vitamin E and essential /perfume oil (optional). Pour into mold(s) and allow to cool. Pop out of mold if desired or leave it in a dish and scrape off a little as needed.
Note: Shea butter can occasionally become grainy. To avoid this, use just enough heat to get your ingredients to melt. Once your ingredients are blended, cool your mixture quickly by pouring into shallow container(s) in a cool room or popping it into the fridge to cool (not the freezer).

To use: Let the warmth of your hand melt a little of the bar and rub into dry skin–hands, feet, elbows, etc.
Yes, it’s oily at first. It’s REAL. And it does absorb in.
You can also add in colors and fragrances to make it even more creative.
Hope this was helpful.
Till next time Ma' as Salama...

PRODUCT REVIEW: BENEFIT SUGARGLAM FAIRIES HOLIDAY SET 2014

During the Holiday season all companies come up with alluring sets. And when it comes to holiday sets; Benefit is one of them which really offer some of the very awesome deals. Today, I will be doing a short review on the BENEFIT SUGARGLAM FAIRIES Holiday Set.
SugarGlam Fairies is one of the sets launched by Benefit for Holiday Season 2014. It contains a combination of four products. It costs is $45 while its actual worth is around $95 if all products bought separately. Let’s have a view of it.

The package comes in a House shape tin container, which has a cute colorful design printed over it depicting a cake shop. Its looks more like a cute candy box . This tin is a keepsake for later on to store your makeup stash or any other stuff after you take out the inside products.
The inside of the set has a red plastic packing which encloses all the products inside it.
The package consists of three full size products and one deluxe size sampler.

It includes:
-  One Full size Benefit Porefessional Face Primer 22.0 ml
- One Full size They‘re real Mascara
- One full size Hoola Bronzer
- One deluxe size Benetint

This set was a really a good buy for me saving me a whole lot of buck.as the Porefessional ,and the Mascara are one of my most essentials in my makeup stash and I run out of them pretty fast. And Hoola is one of my contouring must haves. And the Benetint is a lovely tint comes in a tiny cute size and its really travel/purse friendly. I’ already own all the products this was my stock up, I’ll review all the products separately.
Overall this set is a great buy if you use these products regularly or were just looking out to try some of the benefit products then this set is a must buy.
Only one suggestion I have is about the packaging, the tin packing is no doubt really cute but I’m not a fan of keeping such boxes for storage s, so I may be ultimately discarding it. Rather than spending on the tin packing, they could have considered adding a simple cardboard box with an addition of another deluxe sampler which would have made this set even a much more attractive buy.
Hope, this was helpful to you.
