STRAWBERRY BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

     Smoothie or meals in a glass are becoming popular. Not only they are super healthy and fresh ingredients, they are very easy to digest and they have a high nutritional value sometimes even more then what we can eat as a cooked meal. But when talking about taking them as a meal especially for breakfast they should not only be fulfilling they should help curb the appetite and help dissolve the weight as well. And this one glass of Strawberry smoothie will surely do the job. Strawberry and Raspberries/ are high in anti-oxidants and they are great options for weight loss diet plans. So, let’s begin...

YOU WILL NEED:
  • Half a cup of Milk or Soy Milk
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 1 cup Strawberries/Raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 handful of Ice
  • A few drops of Vanilla Extract

HOW TO MAKE IT
  1. Pour the milk in the blender and add yogurt, vanilla extract, honey and fresh raspberries/strawberries. Mix the ingredients for 1 min. and add ice then just blend for a few seconds.
  2. Pour the drink into a glass and enjoy in thick, refreshing meal.
