Maybelline’s Fit Me Concealer is the most popular drugstore ‘dupe’ for the Nars Creamy Concealer,which is a great concealer, so I thought it couldn’t hurt to try the affordable alternative. So is it really a dupe?
Packaging: To start off with both have very similar packaging in that they come in a rectangular like tube with black lids. NARS has the typical rubberized finish on their lid, whilst Maybelline has more of shiny finish. The NARS packaging is a lot more heavy duty feels better quality.The Maybelline concealer does feel lighter and very basic,The Nars concealer’s bottle is the color of the concealer itself unlike the Maybelline, which is clear.
Both have a doe foot applicator which I find allows me to precisely apply the product to any spots or blemishes that need concealing. NARS packaging must remove a lot more excess product than the Maybelline packaging.

Shade Range: The NARS concealer comes in a larger variety of shades, 21 to be exact,The Maybelline concealer is more restrictive in shades only coming in 6 varieties but this should cover most skin tones. In the swatch I have Nars Radiant Creamy concealer in Custard and Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in shade 20.
Consistency: Both the NARS and Maybelline concealers have a similar consistency with the The Maybelline concealer is a little more liquidy in its formula whereas the NARS concealer is more creamy .

Coverage: .The coverage on the NARS concealer is slightly better in that it hides my blemishes much easier as it’s highly pigmented. To achieve the same coverage from the Maybelline concealer you do need to build it up a little, but you can do this without the worry of it creasing.
Application: I find that the NARS concealer requires less blending as it is has a creamier consistency... but it also doesn't set completely unless you set it with a powder. The Maybelline concealer is slightly runnier so it's best to apply a small amount, wait for it to set, and then apply a little more if you want more coverage.
Finish : Maybelline concealer leaves a lighter and more luminous, natural finish; while the Nars think it is more matte and heavier coverage.
Longevity: I have tried to wear the NARS under one eye and the Maybelline under the other eye and I honestly didn't notice a difference in the longevity. Both concealers appeared quite similar when worn for the whole day.
The Maybelline Fit Me Concealer is a great concealer overall and very closely matches the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer. I like both of these concealers a lot. They are very, very similar. I prefer the NARS one interms of coverage and maybelline interms of finish
