A skin polish is a popular body treatment that exfoliates and hydrates your skin, leaving it smooth and soft. Skin polish is primarily a treatment for the skin -- sort of like a facial for the body. It should not be confused with a massage.

Well Finely ground coffee works as an excellent cleanser and scrub to brighten, tighten and soften the skin. The caffeine in coffee increases circulation thus causing the skin to appear firmer and smoother. The caffeic acid present in coffee has anti inflammatory properties which can even boost the production of collagen. What you need to do to make a coffee scrub?
Brown sugar or oatmeal (for sensitive skin) - 1/4 cup
Olive oil or honey - 1/2 cup
Vitamin e oil - 1tsp
few drops of essential oil (optional)
Leave it on for few mins before you rinse off with warm water.
This scrub is also great for stretch marks, after washing of the scrub use shea /cocoa butter.
With time it will help with the visibility of stretch marks.
The coffee will exfoliate your skin while the olive oil provides a good source of moisture to keep your skin soft and hydrated. You can store your coffee scrub in the refrigerator if you prefer, but it will stay fresh for several weeks at room temperature.
