Rules to follow:
  • Drink at least 2 litres of water per day.
  • Start your day with warm lemon water
  • Drink at least 2 times the weight loss tea
  • No fried food or sugar allowed
  • All snacks listed for one day are not intended to take altogether,take at breaks when you feel hungry
  • You can add the following to your foods:
    • herbs
    • salt
    • pepper
    • lemon
    • vinegar
    • mustard & ketchup


DAY 1
  • BREAKFAST
    • Coffee or Tea w/1 teaspoon milk and ½ teaspoon honey (optional)
    • one brown rusk
  • LUNCH
    • 2 hard boiled eggs
    • 1 cup boiled/baked/raw vegetables (Spinach, Carrots, Cucumbers)
  • DINNER
    • 1 cup lettuce ,cabbage and celery salad
    • 1 piece of chicken boiled (opt the muscle pieces) max 6 oz 
  •  SNACKS
o    1 banana
o    1 apple
o    A bowl of watermelon/sweet melon

DAY 2
  • BREAKFAST
    • Coffee or Tea w/1 teaspoon milk and ½ teaspoon honey (optional)
    • one brown rusk
  • LUNCH
    • 1 cup lettuce ,cabbage and celery salad
o    1 piece of chicken boiled (opt the muscle pieces) max 6 oz
o    A bowl of watermelon/sweet melon
  • DINNER
    • 1 small cup lentil
    • 1 bran bread
  •   SNACKS
         o    5 Dates,
o    Any fruit other than banana
o    A bowl of watermelon/sweet melon

DAY 3

  •         BREAKFAST
o    Coffee or Tea w/1 teaspoon milk and ½ teaspoon honey (optional)
o    one brown rusk

  •       LUNCH
o    2 hard boiled eggs
o    1 cup green beans
o    1 cup tomatoes
  • DINNER
    • 8-10 oz. of Fish (baked, grilled)
    • 2 cups green bean/tomato /cabbage salad
  • SNACKS
o    1 Apple ,1 grapefruit
o    A bowl of watermelon/sweet melon

DAY 4
  • BREAKFAST
o    Coffee or Tea w/1 teaspoon milk and ½ teaspoon honey (optional)
o    one brown rusk
  • LUNCH
    • 1 hard boiled egg
    • 1 cup raw carrots, bell peppers
  • DINNER
    • 1 cup regular yogurt
    • 1 bran bread
    • 1 cup fruit salad
  • SNACKS
o    200ml milk
o    A bowl of watermelon

DAY 5
  • BREAKFAST
o    Coffee or Tea w/1 teaspoon milk and ½ teaspoon honey (optional)
o    one brown rusk
  • LUNCH
    • 1 fried fish filet (4-6 oz.)
    • tomato salad

  • DINNER
    • 1 (4-6 )oz. steak
o    1 cup green salad(lettuce, cucumber and celery)


  •      SNACKS
o    1 inch dark chocolate square, and any fruit other than banana
o    A bowl of watermelon/sweet melon

DAY 6
  • BREAKFAST
o    Coffee or Tea w/1 teaspoon milk and ½ teaspoon honey (optional)
o    one brown rusk
  • LUNCH
    • 1 (4-8)oz. chicken broiled w/o skin
  • DINNER
    • 2 hard boiled eggs
    • 1 cup carrot
  • SNACKS
o    5 almonds and walnuts each
o    A bowl of watermelon/sweet melon

DAY 7
  • BREAKFAST
o    Coffee or Tea w/1 teaspoon milk and ½ teaspoon honey (optional)
o    one brown rusk
  • LUNCH
    • 1 4-8oz. chicken broiled or grilled
    • 1 1/2 cup of fruit
  • DINNER
    • 1 small cup lentil soup
  • SNACKS
o    1 banana

o    A bowl of watermelon/sweet melon
