Natural Treatment For Ingrown Hair

When a hair grows sideways into the skin or curls back, it is referred to as an Ingrown Hair. More often than not, the condition affects the area of skin that is frequently shaved or waxed.The condition is more common in case of areas bearing coarser hair. Individuals with thick and curly hair are more prone to this problem. Ingrown Hair is a medically harmless condition but tends to cause other skin issues such as scarring, skin discoloration, skin infections etc.
TURMERIC FAIRNESS FACE PACK

You will need :
2 tbsp Gram flour/besan
1 tsp Turmeric
2 tbsp Raw Milk
2 tbsp Gram flour/besan
1 tsp Turmeric
2 tbsp Raw Milk
and
1/2 tsp Honey (for dry skin) or
1/2 tsp Honey (for dry skin) or
½ tsp Lemon Juice (for oily skin) or
½ tsp Rose Water (for acne prone skin)
How to make it :
1. Combine the gram flour and turmeric in a small bowl. Mix well then slowly add milk and the other ingredient either honey, lemon juice or rose water according to your skin needs. Stir vigorously until a thick paste is formed.
2. Apply a thin layer and wait for it to dry, about 15-25 minutes, the mask will start to get hard this is what you want.
3. After the mask dries, wash it of completely by slowly rubbing it in circular motion.
And now enjoy soft and refreshed skin. Apply this mask once a week slowly you will start seeing changes in skin texture and skin tone soon.

HOMEMADE DEEP CONDITIONING HAIR MASK

You will need:
Whole eggs raw- 3 complete eggs
Mayonnaise - 2-3 Tbsp.
Olive Oil – 3 -4 Tbsp.
Honey 3-4 Tbsp.
How to make it:
1. Take a bowl and crack open all the eggs in it, and whisk it until all eggs are blended.
2. After that add the mayonnaise and then whisk again so it gets mixed up.
3. Then in the last step add all the remaining ingredients that is Olive oil and honey, add them and mix well.
4. Now apply it generously all over the hairs, then take a plastic bag and cover the whole head to prevent dripping.
5. Keep the mask on for 45 minutes and then wash it off and shampoo and condition as usual.
You can increase or decrease the amount according to your hair length. This mask is very helpful for extremely damaged hairs, and also aids in preventing hair loss and adds a lot of shine to the hairs. Use at least once a week for continued visible results.

HOME MADE FACE PACK FOR LARGE PORES

TO PREPARE,YOU WILL NEED:
- Egg white-1
- Corn flour-2-3 teaspoon
- Rose water- 1 teaspoon
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Take the egg and separate the egg white from the rest, and keep aside in a bowl .
2. Now in a separate bowl take the corn flour and adding the rose water slowly and keep on stirring continuously to avoid and lumps and that you get a well-blended liquid.
3. Once you have this corn flour liquid start slowing adding it to the egg white that we separated earlier. Mix thoroughly, so it doesn't makes many lumps. Now you have you mask prepared.
4.Clean your face with a warm towel so it opens up your pores and now apply the mask, try to apply it a thick layer, the mask in itself is quite runny so you can apply it in two steps first apply a layer and let it dry and then reapply over it again. Let the mask to dry around 20-30 minutes. After the mask dries out, rinse it off with cold water, you will instantly see that your skin has become a lot smoother with less visible pores.Following up with your regular moisturizer afterwards
5. Make sure you don’t talk or move face muscles much while the mask is on to avoid any creasing, take a break from all chores and listen to your favorite music or read your favorite book for a while.
The corn flour is an excellent pore tightening element, while egg white not only works for pore tightening but also works for skin brightening due to presence of Arbutin. and rose water works for smoothing out the pores and as an anti-inflammatory.
For visible results it’s advisable to use this mask 2-3 times a week.

Rules to follow:
- Drink at least 2 litres of water per day.
- Start your day with warm lemon water
- Drink at least 2 times the weight loss tea
- No fried food or sugar allowed
- All snacks listed for one day are not intended to take altogether,take at breaks when you feel hungry

o 1 banana
o 1 apple
o A bowl of watermelon/sweet melon

WEIGHT LOSS SPECIAL GREEN TEA

This special weight loss tea ,uses green tea as a main ingredient and it is created in two stages:
STAGE 1:
You will need:
8 glasses of plain water
6 teaspoons of Green Tea
In the first stage take 8 glasses of water and keep it on the heat .when it start boiling then take 6 teaspoons of green tea and now add this in the boiling water and brew it on low heat for about 10-15 minutes. Brew till the till that only 6 glasses of water remains. Now, in this tea add the following:
STAGE 2:
You Will Need:
Cinnamon-About 1-2 inch piece
Liquorice -1 small piece or one teaspoon
Green Cardamom-1 piece
Clove-1piece
Nigella seeds-1pinh
Ginger-1 inch piece
Now add all of it and let it brew for 10-15 minutes, then before taking off the heat, you can also add some mint leaves to add a freshness feel. Whenever you intend to drink it you can add some honey in it. Take at least 3-4 glasses every day.

CUCUMBER MASK FOR GLOWING SKIN
You will need :
- Cucumber-1 medium size
- Lemon Juice-1 Tablespoon
- Egg white-of 1 egg
- Mint- 1/2 Table spoon
- Honey - 1 Tablespoon
- Rosewater- 1 Tablespoon
How to make it:
1. Take the cucumber and peel of the outer skin, then grind it to the level that it forms a paste
2. Now, in this paste add the lemon juice, ground mint leaves and honey and mix well.
3. First separately whisk the egg white properly and then add it in the mixture you prepared in the above step.
4.When the paste is all mixed well then use if on you face and hands, avoid the eye area.
5. Keep it for 30mins and then rinse off with Luke warm water.
This mask is great for summers, especially for oily skins. Cucumber and mint are anti-inflammatory, Egg white and Rose water work to tone and minimizing the pores, honey moisturizes and lemon juice acts as natural bleach.
For visible results it’s advisable to use this mask once a week.
