Normal Skin: Normal skin is not too dry and not too oily. It has: No or few imperfections No severe sensitivity Barely visible pores A radiant complexion. It is the least problematic out of all the skin types. Good Primers for this skin type:

1. Make Up For Ever HD (MUFE) Micro-perfecting Primer

What the company says about this fabulous product.
"MAKE UP FOR EVER HD Complexion products use innovative formulas to create a new generation of makeup which is both invisible on HD cameras and to the naked eye."
the Make Up For Ever HD Micro-perfecting Primer does exactly what it promises. It goes on like silk and gives a fresh dewy look. brightens up the skin and prepares teh skin for makeup application. 2.TOO FACED Primed and Poreless

For dry skin most primers work more for hydration and less for blurring out imperfections like scars and pores. Now, this one is different. This primer does a really impressive job of smoothing out minor wrinkles, filling in pores and scars even to some extent thanks for its silicone rick formula. It aids in seamless foundation application and does helps makeup to lasts longer. The texture of the primer is thick and the finish is dry. it comes in a slight hinted light beige shade, which is not of much concern as this product virtually disappears on almost all skin tones but the deepest skin tones where it can appear a bit ashy. Sensitive skin, if your are allergic to ivy ,then must test before use although the content is very minor,i assume it wont effect most of the skins.
Another plus for this primer is it comes in three forms classic, pure and bronze tint.
The classic works excellent for dry skin. The pure version is mattifying making it more suited for oily -sensitive skin. and lastly the bronze tint which can be used if you are looking to add a little golden glow to your skin.

3. MAKEUP FOR EVER STEP 1 ,Hydrating Primer

Makeup forever recently launched a new range of primers consisting of 12 different types to cater different type of skin types and conditions. The Hydrating Primer from the series works well for the Normal skin. Formulated with specific H₂O Complex, it provides moisture which transforms dehydrated skin into a supple, healthy, plump surface for a flawless makeup all day long.
The texture of this one is lighter than the Nourishing Primer from the same range but still delivers on the hydrating properties. Its very smooth and soft and leaves skin feeling supple. It doesn't feel greasy. Specific ‘Vegetal Complex’ feeds the skin, hydrating and reviving it while antioxidants protect from the elements. Its rich and creamy texture melts on the skin to nourish and soothe. Restores elasticity and revitalizes skin.It works average in terms of pore minimizing.

4. Benefit “That Gal” Brightening Face Primer

This is the cheapest in the list. Its a simple yet effective primer to add some brightening to the skin. Its a silky pink primer, the primer color doesn't interferes and  goes on transparent  - no color on blending ,almost all skin tones can use it unless very deep skin tones it may appear a bit ashy. it contains light reflecting pigments to brighten the complexion. It comes in a cute glue stick like container. And you turn click the base of the stick to dispense the product out of the vent at the top. A few turns dispense enough product to cover the whole face.
It brightens up the skin, evens out the complexion,it does helps makeup to lasts longer, and the foundation does goes on more smoother.you wont feel oily ,but hydrated. And this is the one among the whole batch which even oily skins can use, when they want a little bit more shine without the fear of getting to much oily during the day. Being oily skin , keeping the oil at bay and still appear radiant is a very tricky combination.

5. Clarins - Beauty Flash Balm

This one comes in for the tired skin issues. This is a MUST tryif you wake up tired, haven't slept or your skin needs help. This gives you a vibrant flush and helps you look as though you have slept a good 8 hours. It helps tightening up the skin when I feel tired and gives a nice glow. Feels a bit sticky at first but it dries in .Not sure if it has some form of pigment ( it's a peachy color) in the lotion that causes the skin to look flushed and glowing , but it really works! It gives your skin this amazing glow. Its quite thick waxy in texture.A thin layer is all you and it needs to be applied in long strokes. You can follow it up with your favorite foundation or BB creme. This product is wonderful, and if you use it as directed, it makes your makeup look great and fresh all day long, and it also diminishes the appearance of wrinkles.

6. NARS Skin Smoothing Face Prep

This one does some really nice things to one’s complexion. This is housed in a very small black jar and is a silicone-based, fragrance-free formula with a thick, spackle-like texture that liquefies on skin, spreading easily and feeling much lighter than you might suspect. Its best traits are that it (temporarily) diffuses the appearance of wrinkles and large pores, creating a very smooth canvas upon which to apply makeup. It a sort of multi-purpose product. You apply this after skin care as a primer,it has another use, with the advantage of being a balm, meaning you can easily apply it to specific areas that need smoothing out – like the deep lines around the eyes and mouth for instance. It can also be used on top of makeup throughout the day for touch-ups in the same way you would with powder.Though one con that I find is that due to its wax content it could be potentially problematic for breakout-prone skin,so try on a patch test before continuing if you have a acne prone skin.
You might decide to skip makeup though, because this makes skin look so nice all on its own.

7. Estee Lauder - Face Primer Plus

There are 3 types of these face primer plus: Illuminating base, smoothing matte base and color correcting base. All of the types are oil free , The illuminating base adds a hint of glow to the face, the smoothing matte is designed to control shine, and the color correcting is for dealing with color correction issues for sallow/tired skin tones. All are sheer liquid y in texture. They help to layeing over even the full coverage foundations without any issue. Its slippery to touch but doesnt looks greasy. This could be a good option for those who deal with a normal to oily skin or intend to wear full coverage foundations in layers for formal events.
